V R Films & Studios Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited regarding the confirmation of share certificates dematerialized for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. The confirmation was provided by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, the company's registrar and share transfer agent.
