Kotak Mahindra Bank submits debt securities statement detailing Rs 4,695 crore outstanding

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it is submitting the half-yearly statement of debt securities as on September 30, 2026, in compliance with Clause 9.1(a) of Chapter VIII of Master circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS - PoD/P/CIR/2025/0000000137 dated October 15, 2025. The statement, included as Annexure A, details securities including INE237A08957 maturing on December 1, 2029, INE237A08965 maturing on March 20, 2030, INE237A08973 maturing on June 24, 2030, and INE237A08981 maturing on February 14, 2031, with a total amount outstanding of Rs 4,695.00 crore.
