Embassy Developments receives warrant allotment totaling Rs 90.65 crore from a promoter group member

Embassy Developments Limited, formerly Equinox India Developments Limited, announced the allotment of 3,25,18,900 warrants convertible into equity shares to Embassy Property Developments Private Limited, a promoter group member, for a subscription of Rs 90,65,45,634.75, representing 25% of the exercise price of Rs 111.51 per warrant, according to a regulatory filing on October 12, 2026.
