Ascensive Educare confirms securities dematerialization processed by MUFG Intime India

Ascensive Educare Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirmed that securities received for dematerialization were accepted or rejected by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, and have been listed on stock exchanges, with certificates mutilated and cancelled and the depository’s name substituted in its records.
