Taneja Aerospace to invest Rs 1,000 to acquire TAAL Precision Products as a subsidiary

Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Limited announced that its board approved an investment of Rs 1,000 to acquire 100% of the paid-up share capital of TAAL Precision Products Pvt. Ltd., which was incorporated on August 1, 2026, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition, considered a related party transaction, will enhance the company's aerospace manufacturing capabilities, and is expected to be completed within two months.
