The amalgamation is intended to achieve entity rationalization and operational efficiency within the group and is subject to statutory and regulatory approvals, including the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench. As of March 31, 2026, Zuventus Healthcare Limited had a net worth of Rs 871.46 crore and turnover of Rs 1,040.58 crore, while Emcutix Biopharmaceuticals Limited had a net worth of negative Rs 13.07 crore and turnover of Rs 29.37 crore, and Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited had a net worth of Rs 3,710.60 crore and turnover of Rs 5,243.19 crore.
