Virinchi Limited confirms compliance with SEBI regulations from Aarthi Consultants

Virinchi Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that it has received a certificate from Aarthi Consultants Private Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
