The company clarified that the auditor's tenure is for a fixed block of 5 consecutive years, as per Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, correcting a prior statement of 3 years; SBMG & CO., Chartered Accountants, has been re-appointed for five years from the 6th AGM until the 11th AGM in 2031.
