RBZ Jewellers confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

RBZ Jewellers Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form, according to a certificate received from Registrar and Transfer Agent, M/s. Bigshare Services Private Limited.
