SG Mart Limited, formerly known as Kintech Renewables Limited, announced the appointment of Shri Jitendra Agarwal as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) on October 10, 2026, for a term of 5 years, subject to member approval. Mr. Agarwal, who previously worked at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, was appointed on the recommendation of the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
