Aurus Gem Corporation Limited, formerly known as Lypsa Gems & Jewellery Limited, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it received a certificate from Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent, confirming the dematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
