KOKUYO CAMLIN LIMITED, in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange on October 10, 2026, certified that securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been mutilated and cancelled after verification, and the depository’s name has been substituted in its records, with MUFG Intime India Private Limited confirming the same under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
