Commercial Syn Bags confirms full dematerialization of shares as per regulatory filing

Commercial Syn Bags Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositaries and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as confirmed by its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, M/s Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., stating that all shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialization or dematerialization were received.
