Siyaram Recycling Industries Limited, formerly known as Siyaram Impex Private Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 10, 2026, under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialisation were received, according to a filing by Cameo Corporate Services Limited, the company's registrar and share transfer agent.
