Dolat Algotech Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Chief Financial Officer certified the company issued commercial papers for Rs to meet ongoing funding requirements, mark to market obligations, working capital and other requirements for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, and adhered to listing conditions as specified in the Operational Circular dated August 10, 2021.
