Universal Autofoundry Limited confirms no share dematerialisation requests during Q2 2026

Universal Autofoundry Limited, a manufacturer of graded grey iron and S.G. (ductile) iron components, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that Kfin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, did not receive any requests for dematerialisation/rematerialisation of shares during the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories & Participants) Regulations 2018.
