Raksan Transformers confirms Regulation 74(5) non-applicability for September quarter, per BSE filing

Raksan Transformers Limited, formerly Raksan Transformers Private Limited, informed the BSE on October 10, 2026, that Bigshare Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed the non-applicability of Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialization or dematerialization were received.
