Century Enka Limited informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that it received a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
