Nukleus Office Solutions Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 10, 2026, confirming that no dematerialization requests for equity shares were received from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and as certified by its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Private Limited.
