PTC Industries Limited announced the allotment of 8,54,700 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 21,060 per share, raising Rs 17,99,99,82,000 through a qualified institutions placement that opened on October 6, 2026, and closed on October 9, 2026. The company's paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 14,99,25,490 to Rs 15,84,72,490 following the allotment, and the list of allottees who received more than 5% of the shares is attached as Annexure 1, which includes SMALLCAP WORLD FUND, INC, FIDELITY SECURITIES FUND, and HDFC MUTUAL FUND.
