PTC Industries secures Rs 18.18 crore via qualified institutions placement to qualified institutional buyers

PTC Industries Limited announced that its Listing and Fund Raising Committee has approved the closure of a qualified institutions placement of 8,54,700 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 21,060 per share to qualified institutional buyers, resulting in a discount of Rs 1,090 per share, or 4.92%, to the floor price of Rs 22,150 per share.
