EPL Limited directors Amit Dixit, Dhaval Buch, and Animesh Agrawal resign citing commitments

EPL Limited announced that Amit Dixit (DIN: 01798942), Dhaval Jitendra Buch (DIN: 00106813), and Animesh Agrawal (DIN: 08538625) have resigned from their positions as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors, effective October 9, 2026, citing other professional commitments. As a result of these resignations, Dixit will cease to be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Buch will step down as Chairperson of the Risk Management Committee and member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Agrawal will resign as Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and the Security Committee, along with his membership in the Audit, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Risk Management Committees.
