YES BANK’s committee approved equity share allotment under ESOS and RSU plans

YES BANK Limited announced that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 6,96,236 equity shares on October 9, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under the YBL ESOS 2020 Scheme and YBL RSU Plan 2024, generating Rs 63,53,111, which increased the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs. 62,778,135,438 consisting of 31,389,067,719 equity shares to Rs. 62,779,527,910 consisting of 31,389,763,955 equity shares.
