Jubilant Agri demerger scheme progresses as tribunal directs notices to authorities

Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, has directed the issuance of notices to authorities specified in Section 230(5) of the Companies Act 2013 regarding the Scheme of Arrangement for demerger between Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Limited and Jubilant Agri Solutions Limited, with a next hearing date set for December 03, 2026.
