Amit Kumar Srivastava to become Chairman of PNB Gilts Ltd. in October 2026

PNB Gilts Ltd. announced that it has received approval from the Reserve Bank of India for the appointment of Amit Kumar Srivastava as a Director (Non-Executive & Non-Independent) and Chairman of the Board, effective October 9, 2026, following shareholder approval at the company’s 30th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026. Srivastava, who is currently an Executive Director at Punjab National Bank, will hold the position for a period not exceeding 5 years or until his tenure as Executive Director at PNB concludes, whichever is earlier.
