Clean Max Enviro Energy to acquire 100% of Massmunch Company Limited for Thai Baht 1,250,000

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited announced that Cleanmax Energy (Thailand) Company Limited and Cleanmax IHQ (Thailand) Company Limited, both wholly owned subsidiaries of Cleanmax Solar MENA FZCO (Dubai), have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Massmunch Company Limited and its promoters to acquire 100% of Massmunch Company Limited's share capital for a transaction value of Thai Baht 1,250,000, with the acquisition expected to be completed by October 31, 2026; following the acquisition, Massmunch Company Limited will become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited.
