Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that details of securities dematerialized and rematerialized for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been received from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd., and furnished to stock exchanges, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
