Smaart Tech Services confirmed dematerialized securities were cancelled after verification by MUFG Intime

Smaart Tech Services Limited, formerly known as Sharp India Limited, confirmed that securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been mutilated and cancelled after verification, according to a certificate filed with the BSE Limited. MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, provided the confirmation and also verified that the dematerialized securities are listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed.
