Accelya Solutions India Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on October 7, 2026, detailing securities dematerialized and rematerialized for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018; the certificate was received from KFin Technologies Limited, the company's registrar and transfer agent, and also certified by KFin Technologies Limited to the National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited.
