Sammaan Capital Limited, through its company secretary Amit Jain, submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the details of dematerialized/rematerialized securities were furnished to all listed stock exchanges, with KFIN Technologies Limited acting as the registrar and share transfer agent.
