Silver Touch Technologies Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, confirming receipt of a confirmation certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the Second Quarter and Six Months ended September 30, 2026.
