Chemplast Sanmar Limited announced the appointment of Prashanth Vasu as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, effective October 9, 2026, filling a casual vacancy created by the resignation of V S Radhakrishnan. Vasu, aged 54, previously held roles at Ramco Systems and McKinsey & Company, and currently serves on the boards of Xomox Sanmar Limited, Anderson Greenwood Crosby Sanmar Limited, BS & B Safety Systems (India) Limited, Alteons Energy Private Limited, and Chemplast Cuddalore Vinyls Limited.
