Company revenue rose from INR 113 crores to INR 196 crores, building a Saudi Arabia facility
09-Oct-2026, 07:00

The company reported revenue of INR 113 crores in the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, increasing to INR 196 crores in the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year, with a significant tariff and freight component of INR 250 crores. Sales volume reached approximately 135,000 tons, while other expenses totaled around INR 500 crores, largely attributed to tariff and freight costs. The company is constructing a facility in Saudi Arabia, anticipating trial production by December and commercial production by the end of fiscal year 2027 or early fiscal year 2028, to serve the region and potentially expand into North Africa. While currently focused on US exports, the company is exploring opportunities in Europe and remains mindful of geopolitical risks, currency fluctuations, and execution challenges related to the Saudi Arabia facility.
