PACE E-Commerce Ventures Limited restructures committees following director changes

PACE E-Commerce Ventures Limited informed the BSE on Friday, October 9, 2026, that its board of directors met and approved changes to the composition and reconstitution of the company’s committees, effective September 29, 2026, following the regularization and retirement of directors approved at the company’s 11th Annual General Meeting. The changes include the composition of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, details of which were disclosed in Annexure A.
