Vintage Coffee and Beverages Limited disclosed that Mohit Rathi, along with Balakrishna Tati, Vishal Jethalia, Padma Tati, Sruti Tati, Sai Teja Tati, Venkatesh warlu Tati, Tati Thulasi Dalaxi and Valbe Foods (India) Limited, released a pledge on equity shares of the company on October 6, 2026, as per a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 8, 2026. Balakrishna Tati released a pledge of 49,10,548 shares, Vishal Jethalia released 11,80,067 shares, Mohit Rathi released 28,22,564 shares, and Chin Corp Holding PTE Limited released 41,85,205 shares, all as collateral for working capital with Punjab National Bank.
