PDS Limited’s subsidiary transferred its stake in Northern Brands UK for £1

PDS Limited announced that Northern Apparel Limited, a step-down subsidiary in Hong Kong, has transferred its entire stake in Northern Brands Limited, a step-down subsidiary in the United Kingdom, effective October 8, 2026. The transaction, for a consideration of £1, or approximately Rs 108.92, means Northern Brands, UK, no longer is a step-down subsidiary of PDS Limited, and is not expected to materially impact the company's financial position, business operations, or financial performance.
