Bizotic Commercial Limited confirms no dematerialization activity in quarterly filing to BSE

Bizotic Commercial Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that no securities were received from depository participants for dematerialization and consequently, no certificates were mutilated, cancelled, or substituted. The certificate was provided by Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).
