Ltd. confirmed the non-applicability of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as the company’s shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialization or dematerialization were received during that period.
