Emmbi Industries confirms full share capital dematerialized, per Datamatics certification

Emmbi Industries Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange on October 9, 2026, confirming that no requests for dematerialization of shares were received during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, and that the entire share capital of the company is held in dematerialized form, as certified by Datamatics Business Solutions Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
