Avalon Technologies confirms all shares are dematerialized, per MUFG Intime India report

Avalon Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that they have not received any requests for dematerialization or rematerialization for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a certificate from their Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited. The company, which listed its equity shares with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on April 18, 2023, confirmed that 100% of its shares are in dematerialized form.
