UVS Hospitality appoints Rupal Pandey and Siddharth Salunke as directors for five years

UVS Hospitality and Services Limited, formerly Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Ltd., announced the appointment of Ms. Rupal Pandey and Mr. Siddharth Salunke as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for a five-year term, effective October 9, 2026, subject to member approval. The company also announced the resignation of Mr. Deepak Kumbhar as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective October 9, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. David Machado as the new Chief Financial Officer, also designated as a Key Managerial Personnel, effective the same date.
