StarlinePS Enterprises Limited announced the completion of an acquisition of 12,500 equity shares, representing 33.33% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Celloraa Energy Private Limited, for a total consideration of Rs 80 crore, according to a regulatory filing on October 9, 2026, following previous announcements on June 29, 2026, and August 31, 2026, regarding an investment of 50% stake in Celloraa Energy Private Limited for a value of Rs 160 crore.
