Voltaire Leasing & Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited on October 9, 2026, that the company has not issued any non-convertible securities and therefore, the payment of interest or principal on NCDs/Bonds is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming non-applicability of Regulation 57(5) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
