Gretex Corporate Services Limited informed the BSE Limited and NSE Limited that it has received a certificate from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Private Limited, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and confirmed that the regulation is not applicable to the company as all shares are held in demat form.
