Quint Digital seeks Rs 413 million via warrant call following a 2026 rights issue

Quint Digital Limited announced that its board of directors approved the making of the First and Final Call of Rs 5 per warrant on 82,61,401 partly paid-up warrants, aggregating to Rs 4,13,07,005, following a rights issue announced August 19, 2026. The company fixed Thursday, October 15, 2026, as the Record Date and the period for payment of the First and Final Call Money from Friday, November 06, 2026 to Friday, November 20, 2026, with ICICI Bank Limited serving as the banker for the call; trading of the warrants (ISIN: INE641R13020) will be suspended from Thursday, October 15, 2026.
