Titan Biotech gets in-principal approval to issue bonus shares in a 1:4 ratio

Titan Biotech Limited informed the BSE Ltd. that it has received an in-principal approval to issue and allot 10,329,625 bonus equity shares of Rs 2 each in a 1:4 ratio, following shareholder approval at its 34th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026; the company fixed October 23, 2026, as the record date and October 26, 2026, as the deemed date of allotment for the bonus shares, with trading expected to commence on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
