Hubtown Limited’s investment boosts stake in RTPL, a real estate firm with Rs 9802.79 crore turnover

Hubtown Limited announced that its subsidiary, Rare Townships Private Limited (RTPL), has allotted 1,22,60,843 Class A equity shares at a price of Rs 30 per share for a total consideration of Rs 36,78,25,290. As a result of the investment, Hubtown Limited’s holding in RTPL has increased from 72.91% to 74.65% of Class A equity share capital. RTPL, incorporated in 2000, is engaged in the real estate business and reported a turnover of Rs 9802.79 crore for the year ended March 31, 2026.
