Hindustan Media Ventures confirmed no dematerialization requests to BSE and NSE

Hindustan Media Ventures Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 9, 2026, confirming that no requests for dematerialization of shares were received from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and the certificate was provided by KFin Technologies Limited.
