Pavna Industries Limited completed the disinvestment and transfer of its entire 50.74% stake, comprising 3,09,001 Equity shares, in Swapnil Switches Private Limited to Mrs. Asha Jain, Mrs. Priya Jain & PJ Wealth Management and Consultant Private Ltd on October 9, 2026, for Rs 2,52,79,372. As a result of the transaction, Swapnil Switches Private Limited ceased to be a direct subsidiary of Pavna Industries Limited, and the proceeds will be utilized to strengthen the company’s core business and reinvest in opportunities within the two-wheeler or three-wheeler auto industry. Mrs. Asha Jain is a promoter of Pavna Industries Limited, and PJ Wealth Management and Consultant Private Limited and Mrs. Priya Jain belong to the Promoter Group.
