Adroit Corporate Services accepted and listed securities for Bemco Hydraulics, per SEBI regulations

Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. confirmed to Bemco Hydraulics Limited that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were accepted and listed on stock exchanges, with security certificates mutilated and cancelled after verification and the depositories’ names substituted in the register of members within 15 days, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and participants) Regulations, 2018.
